Porcelain veneers are thin shells of dental ceramic (porcelain) that fit on top of the front surface of a patient’s tooth. They’re extremely durable, stain-resistant, and have a natural appearance that very closely resembles real teeth.

This sixty year old patient wanted white, straight teeth so we made him eighteen veneers and he is extremely happy with the results.

We used porcelain custom veneers to replace older, composite veneers on this patient’s upper front teeth and lower front teeth.

We replaced four of this patient’s teeth with custom porcelain veneers and drastically improved the overall look of their smile!

This patient did not like her teeth and only wanted to treat as few as possible to make the cosmetic change. We placed six veneers and she is very happy.

Composite Custom Veneers

A Simpler and Shorter-Term Solution

Made of a tooth-colored composite dental resin, composite veneers are applied to the surface of the tooth to change and improve its size, shape, or color. Like porcelain veneers, they are a great option for patients with minor cosmetic imperfections like chips, gaps, or discoloration.

Composite veneers require less—if any—preparation of the tooth’s surface and can be applied in a single office visit. With proper care, they can last for as many as ten years.
